Agent Launch is a fast growing company that supports Real Estate Agents across North America with online lead generation by leveraging the power of irresistible offers, webinar funnels, social media & paid ads.

We are currently seeking to hire a rockstar Account Executive to grow our sales team from 1 to 2. Yes, we\xe2\x80\x99re a 20 person team with one sales rep.

Let me know if this sounds familiar: endless research, prospecting, huddles, CRM updates, prep meetings, redlines, proposal writing, deal reviews, pipeline reviews, QBRs \xe2\x80\xa6 oh and a few actual customer meetings. If you want more of that, then this is not the opportunity for you.

We have built a simpler and more lucrative model. We start with a consistent pipeline of solid inbound leads from partners, organic content and paid ads. Your job is to take those leads and bring them home often in 1-2 Zoom calls. Our process is simpler, our offering is incredible and our prospects get huge value.

The ideal candidate will possess strong sales, interpersonal and organizational skills. They should be comfortable with multitasking, self-managing and be able to budget their resources in order to meet the assigned quotas for their role.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high quality closing meetings with hot prospects (deep dive into their business and present a deep dive into our solution and pricing)
  • Draft contracts and invoices as part of the closing process
  • Follow-up and provide personalized nurture to prospects that do not close
  • Qualify your own inbound pipeline
  • Update the CRM and ensure that all notes and data are current for prospects
  • Report against role specific OKRs
  • Assistance on sales projects as the team evolves
  • Support for partner activities when needed
Core Requirements:
  • Proven successful background in selling solutions >10K with 1-3 years of direct closing experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Ability to handle objections and negotiate
  • Dedicated home office set-up with high-speed internet
Optional but preferred:
  • Knowledge and understanding of the real estate market
  • Experience using core sales technologies (CRM, contracting, invoicing, email sequencing, video conferencing, meeting recording, office communications, office suites, etc.)
  • College or University degree or equivalent
