About the Role:
This Small Business Sales Executive will be focused on selling into existing/named accounts with a geographic territory. A successful candidate will need to use consultative selling skills to clearly understand customer/prospect business requirements and recommend the best UKG software solutions to meet their business objectives. This team member will focus on a broad number of existing customers with roughly 100 - 1000 employees.

  • Developing a detailed territory plan to include specific account strategies to effectively upsell and expand existing accounts
  • Prospecting and identifying new opportunities within the existing base
  • Understanding the importance of on-going pipeline development (pipeline should always be 3X annual quota)
  • Identifying and creating a compelling business need and ROI for each customer
  • Creating and communicating the value of UKG solution in order to successfully engage, and sell to, C-level decision makers
  • Ability to successfully complete a deal through the entire sales lifecycle by building relationships and collaborating with key stakeholders (internal and external)
  • Consistently keep Salesforce.com updated with accurate account status and other pertinent information
Qualifications About You:
Basic Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of successful sales experience
  • Cloud/SaaS based software solution selling
  • Bilingual in French/English
  • Live in/near the Province of Quebec territory, Montreal plus
Preferred Qualifications:
  • BA/BS or equivalent strongly
  • Excellent negotiation, written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience selling a Workforce Management or Human Capital Management (HCM) software solution strongly
  • Experience with Sandler, Challenger, Powerbase Selling methodology or similar Sales methodology
