Position Summary:

We are currently recruiting an Account Executive to join our team in Calgary, AB at our Calgary 8 facility - De Havilland Parts & Aerostructures. The Account Executive is responsible for specific sales accounts in the Calgary manufacturing division, and reports directly to the Vice President and General Manager of Manufacturing.



Key Responsibilities

Generate sales proposals Establish and maintain customer and assigned buyer relationships Receiving requests for quotes Responsible for organizing the workflow for the Estimator; this includes organizing data packages, liaising with Estimator to ensure completion Maintain open lines of communication with customers and follow up when required; provide regular updates on progress Review purchase orders to ensure accuracy Responsible for entering purchase orders in MRP system and ensuring smooth workflow Identify new business opportunities Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer support, sales or inside sales role of similar background Minimum High School Diploma Ability to interpret technical documentation and drawings is considered an asset
