Ontraccr is transforming how construction companies operate. Our workflow automation platform helps construction teams streamline processes, improve visibility, and drive operational excellence across complex projects.

Our product is built on a powerful no-code workflow engine, which means customers can configure Ontraccr in many different ways depending on their processes and needs. As a result, our sales motion relies on thoughtful discovery and highly adaptive product demos, rather than cookie-cutter presentations.

We're an early-stage SaaS company with strong momentum, a growing customer base, and a proven, repeatable sales motion. As we scale, we're looking to add a high-performing Account Executive who can execute, iterate, and help take our sales engine to the next level.

What You'll Do



Own the full sales cycle from qualified lead to close, focusing on mid-market construction companies Execute against a defined sales process while continuously improving it through feedback and iteration Lead highly tailored, discovery-driven product demos, adapting the platform in real time to reflect each customer's workflows and priorities Become deeply fluent in Ontraccr's no-code platform and the various ways customers configure and use it Manage and maintain a healthy pipeline using a mix of inbound leads and targeted outbound efforts Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps to ensure smooth handoffs and strong customer outcomes Accurately forecast deals and maintain clean CRM hygiene in HubSpot Stay informed on construction industry trends and competitive solutions to position Ontraccr effectively

What We're Looking For



3-8+ years of experience as an Account Executive in B2B SaaS Experience selling to the construction industry or adjacent verticals strongly preferred Proven comfort demoing complex software products, particularly those with flexible or configurable workflows Ability to think on your feet during live demos, adapting narratives and product flows based on customer feedback and questions Strong discovery skills with the ability to translate business problems into tailored product solutions Proven ability to consistently hit or exceed quota in a structured sales environment Experience using HubSpot (or similar CRM) to manage pipeline and forecasts Self-motivated, organized, and accountable -- thrives in a fast-moving startup environment Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with 2-3 days per week in-office

Compensation & Benefits



Base salary:

$70,000 - $80,000

On-target earnings (OTE):

$126,000 - $144,000 (uncapped commission)
