On target income (OTI) is composed of your base salary + commission/bonus structure. OTI is a forecast of your potential earnings for the role.

About the role: Account Executive
  • Understands how to handle the entire sales cycle strategically. Looking for a candidate to be timely and prepared with their approach to key decision makers. Not looking for quantity of outreach, but very much would prefer quality.
  • Primarily you will be hunting, prospecting and going after SMB and enterprise accounts.
  • Hybrid work environment. 70% of their time should be spent in the field. The remaining 30% of their time they can work remotely or in-office.
  • A hunter that can effectively do outbound calls, leverage a CRM system to prospect and research potential accounts, identify decision makers, and not be scared to door-knock into office buildings. All with the purpose of moving a lead down the sales funnel.
  • High level of communication to connect with potential clients understanding their needs, pain points, contract timelines/renewals and delivering a value-based solution.
  • Great relationship skills that can help clients understand the value being offered to help build new relationships.
  • Can work collaboratively with other departments to deliver a seamless client experience and understands the logistics of the business to be more consultative.
About you:
  • 5+ years experience of B2B selling experience. Preferred telecommunication experience.
  • Comfortable being in a hybrid work environment that is primarily 70% in the field.
  • Experience with prospecting and hunting new accounts.
  • Can manage the entire sales funnel strategically to generate net new business.
  • Relationship builder - Can earn the trust of clients to help them understand the value of Toby.
  • Type A personality - High energy, competitive, team player, understands sarcasm.
  • You must possess a hunter-like mentality.
  • Motivated, driven and willingness to learn to grow within the organization.
  • Female would be an asset

  • 55-75k base salary + 90-100k OTE. An uncapped commission structure.
