About You
You are a driven and strategic Account Development Manager with strong business acumen and a consultative approach to client relationships. You excel at identifying opportunities, delivering tailored solutions, and consistently achieving results while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
Responsibilities
Prospect for potential customers via calls, in-person, or emails, using various direct methods such as networking and utilizing lead generation tools
Consult with prospects regarding business challenges and requirements, as well as the range of options and cost benefits of each
Maintain a high level of relevant general knowledge to connect with prospects
Work with internal technical staff and product specialists where required to address customer requirements
Achieve monthly sales quota and KPIs
Maintain relevant data on prospects and customers
Provide forecasts on sales volumes
Model behaviors that support the company's common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level
Establish relationships with new customers to achieve assigned sales goals and targets
Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales
Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
Complete other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Proven sales experience in a B2B fintech or high-volume sales environment.
Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets and managing the full sales cycle.
Strong understanding of consultative and solution-based selling approaches.
Proficiency with HubSpot CRM or similar sales tools for pipeline management and forecasting.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience.
