We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts, managing customer accounts, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and our sales representatives.
Key Responsibilities
Client Support:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Order Management:
Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and follow-up.
Sales Coordination:
Assist the sales team with scheduling appointments, preparing sales materials, and tracking sales activities.
Account Management:
Maintain and update client records, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
Reporting:
Generate sales reports and provide insights to the sales team to support decision-making.
Communication:
Facilitate clear and effective communication between clients, sales representatives, and other departments.
Customer Service:
Deliver exceptional customer service, building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales support, account management, or customer service.
Experience in the dental field is preferred.
Proficiency in French is an asset.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with CRM software (e.g., NetSuite Oracle) is a plus
