Transparency matters to us. For this role, you can expect a salary between $40,000-$45,000 annually, depending on experience.
The role:
As an Account Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting our team with a variety of functions including conducting market research, keeping contact reports up to date, setting up meetings and other miscellaneous tasks.
Essentially, your role is focused on helping the accounts team in any way possible in order to provide our clients with the best service possible.
Responsibilities:
Admin and financial management including job set-up, quoting and status reports
Collaboration with a cross-functional team including strategy, creative and studio
Ensuring responsive and accurate relationships with client counterparts
Close collaboration with the client and creative teams on delivering a monthly marketing newsletter
Leading the delivery of all local retail marketing assets across multiple regions in the West
Providing accurate and timely trafficking of integrated campaign assets
Providing input into regional competitor reports
Managing marketing calendar updates as required
New business support as needed and available
Qualifications:
Strong organization and communication skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced, high-volume environment - you are not easily frazzled
A strong team player with strong interpersonal skills (you have a can-do attitude and are willing to help the team with whatever is needed)
Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Possess an unusual amount of initiative
An advertising aficionado who is always in the know with the latest advertising campaigns
Prior advertising account management internship experience (Considered a big asset)
Driven by a curiosity to leverage AI tools to advance our clients' work and objectives.
