To manage multiple projects across the growing list of client programs. This role will involve: placement of talent, managing client program details, aligning programs and talent, communications and training of talent, social marketing components and payroll/finance support.

To assist program managers in managing various projects in "real time" - this is a crucial and time sensitive role and we are looking for a self-starter who is a team player and ready to jump in with us as we enter our busiest time of year.

Must be comfortable working evenings and weekends - the selected candidate will be working 40 hours a week with a very heavy focus on "prime time" for events - evenings and weekends. This is not a typical 9-5 - there is some flexibility during the week but we are looking for a candidate for most if not every weekend.

There will be 2 days off per week to be decided upon with your manager.

This role will involve: managing client program details, execution management, communications, backend support of talent interface - verifying staffing is on site at the appropriate check in time and following up on any issues.

This role will be mostly virtual with an opportunity for weekly "spot checks" to get out in field and meet our reps in action. As such a GTA candidate with access to a vehicle is preferred - although not required. If fully remote must be available to work in Eastern Standard Timezone.

Will require a candidate with access to a computer and high-speed internet and cell phone. You must be comfortable making phone calls. We are looking for someone who is able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $880 Paid Weekly.
