Overview
We are currently searching for the
Account Coordinator
to join our Business Operations department.
The Account Coordinator, Business Operations Department is mainly responsible for account payable, maintaining cash disbursement report and expenditures according to authority approval, monitoring and purchasing inventory of office supplies with attention to budgetary constraints. Also, for the backup, it has business operations role such as online banking centralized operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Budget implementation / Administration
Bank's centralized expense execution including head office and branches
Book-keeping salaries
Create and file monthly expense report
Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
Fixed Asset management
Recommend to department any updates to policies related to fixed assets
Calculate the depreciation for all CAPEX items
Update the detailed schedule of fixed assets and accumulated depreciation
Maintenance of Documents
Maintain incoming/outgoing official documents- receipt, distribution, record and storage
Ensure proper mail distribution within the Bank
Maintain important certificates stock at Head Office
Conduct centralized online banking operations such as regulatory compliance
management review report, customer information update
Back up for Centralized Online Banking Operations
Conduct centralized online banking operations such as clearing, AFT, error transaction
management of ATM/POS/eTransfer errors/Overdraft
Others
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Back-office operation experience
Strong communication skill in Korean and English
Proficiency in MS Office
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as a team member
Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, or related field
