Essential Functions and Responsibilities:



Work in a support role alongside one of PowerStick's Account Managers and assist in responding to incoming leads and questions via both email and phone Process orders and follow up with clients on pending action items; acting as the liaison between PowerStick's production team and our clients Use Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to prepare virtual presentations and graphics with project/customer branding (no previous Adobe experience is required!)

Willing to learn new skills and "wear many hats" in a typical day Professional communication skills Attention to detail Order entry experience is a bonus

Schedule:



Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm

Experience:



Sales (preferred but not mandatory) Adobe Suite (preferred but not mandatory) Excel / Google Sheets (preferred but not mandatory)

Qualifications:



High School Diploma or GED required. College/University degree preferred. Previous experience in Customer Service or Sales is preferred Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; ability to write clearly is required. Ability to speak effectively with all levels of management is also required
