We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Account Coordinator to manage high-value, high-volume customer accounts from initial sampling to final delivery. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, analytical, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment. This role combines customer relationship management, order coordination, cost analysis, and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, providing timely updates on orders, delivery schedules, and production status
Coordinate the full order cycle -- from sampling and quotations to purchase orders, production, and shipping
Analyze customer requirements, costing structures, and delivery feasibility to support accurate quoting and production planning
Prepare and maintain detailed reports on account activity, cost tracking, and performance metrics
Communicate proactively with clients regarding timelines, changes, and feedback
Provide administrative support to the sales and operations teams as needed
Qualifications:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role (account management, order coordination, or customer operations)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools
High attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
Experience in manufacturing, packaging, or B2B customer service is a strong asset
