YOUR ROLE




Overview



This person is an energetic team player, passionate about fashion who will support our wholesale manager to drive revenue and grow key accounts Working with both our ALDO & Call IT SPRING brands based in Montreal. The key link between the ALDO Group's accounts and supply chain teams, the account coordinator ensures consistency in reporting, pricing and PO follow up.

Responsibilities



Responsible for account related analysis and reports Good understanding of revenue driving KPI Prepare and monitor sell through reports and initiate in-season business opportunities Support the preparation of customer sell in appointments: Product catalogs, Order intake, Order overview & order confirmations Daily communication with Wholesale partners to ensure healthy business relationship: delivery updates, order monitoring, cancellations and replacements Overall delivery tracking and analysing - inform buying/Business Management Distribution of reserve list for Wholesale Manage and coordinate purchase order process with suppliers Perform delivery follow-up with suppliers and coordinate deliveries with freight forwarders Perform data entry Coordinate with Finance, Account Manager to resolve pricing discrepancies Attend meetings with customers at need ("Market Week" meeting in Aldo's Head Office Showroom, trade calls and/or business alignment calls)

Requirements



Bachelor's degree (B.A.). In Fashion, business or related degree Strong analytical and communicative skills Accessories and Handbag experience, an asset Strong knowledge of all Microsoft office programs, SAP, Logistics Detail oriented, ability to coordinate communication between many departments Professional proficiency in English, written & spoken considering constant communications with our international clients ; proficiency in any other language is an asset
