Account Coordinator

3 Month Contract

We are looking for leaders, people managers and visionaries. We are very proud of our growing business and are currently looking for a Sales Assistant Coordinator to join our team.

What will you do?

As an Account Coordinator for a key client, you will be instrumental in ensuring the delivery of all business requirements for your assigned account as well as providing coaching and mentoring to your team on a national basis.

You\xe2\x80\x99re \xe2\x80\x9chands on\xe2\x80\x9d approach will be required to provide direct insight and strategy on how to improve and grow the programs. You will build a relationship based on trust, innovation and the delivery of consistent results that meet or exceed expectations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage a team of Brand Ambassadors
  • Drive training and communication strategies to optimize your team\xe2\x80\x99s results, engagement and retention
  • Interact with key client contacts to understand upcoming initiatives, product launches and on-site execution needs.
  • Manage client expectations and help to make all plans operational
  • Strong orientation to identifying and maintaining operational best practices
  • Support data integrity and reporting requirements
  • Ability to analyze business results and report on key insights, and develop action plans to address opportunities
  • Administration of payroll and management of expenses.
  • Coordinate team efforts in the recruiting, training and ongoing development of high performance field team
  • Proactively identify problems and develop solutions within guidelines of a program. Anticipate problems and solutions.
  • Sales oriented and the ability to coach infield staff on areas of growth
Qualifications
  • College or University Degree
  • 0-3 years of in office experience
  • Strong leadership experience managing a team
  • Experience and understanding of experiential industry and CPG-based experience is a definite asset
  • Strong business acumen - budgeting is something you have an affinity for
  • Highly adaptable; Ability to handle high stress situations and utilize problem solving techniques to find the best solutions
  • Client service orientated with an ability to build strong and productive working relationships
  • Able to prioritize, problem solve and multi-task
  • Strong attention to detail, meticulous follow up, proactive
  • Use of a vehicle to attend client meetings and field visits
  • Ability to work flexible hours including overnight travel and evenings and weekends
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to work in a digital work environment
