Job Description


TDG Marketing is a virtual full-service marketing, advertising and corporate communications agency that is dedicated to building and supporting our clients\xe2\x80\x99 brands. TDG specializes in a variety of services, including graphic and web design, video production, research and planning, copywriting and more. TDG is currently hiring a full-time Account Coordinator to join our Client Services Department. Your role: Act as Account Lead for assigned clients, and coordinate projects with the Studio Team. Create strong marketing strategies and execute them for multiple clients in multiple industries. Responsibilities:

  • Act as account lead for assigned clients
  • Work with the Account Director to develop annual marketing strategies for each account, and execute them
  • Learn new accounts and industries quickly, and pass this knowledge onto the team
  • Work with the Studio Team to organize and write social media posts
  • Work with the Studio Team and Account Director on SEO efforts for all clients
  • Write creative briefs to guide the Studio Team on projects
  • Stay up to date on industry trends for both marketing, and each client industry by researching and writing competitive analyses
  • Set up digital campaigns within Meta, Google and LinkedIn
  • Pull and analyze monthly web analytics, social media and digital marketing reports
  • Liaise with 3rd party vendors to organize media planning and buying
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 1 year or less of professional experience in a relevant role
  • Diploma/Degree in Advertising/Marketing/Communications
  • A good attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Basic understanding of client service principles and theory
  • Knowledgeable with MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledgeable with all social media platforms including but not limited to: Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube
  • Superior organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail
  • Have initiative to bring forward new ideas that could potentially grow the clients business
  • Ability to balance multiple projects and prioritize requests
  • Ability to work independently from home, and collaborate virtually as needed
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-driven creative environment
  • Ability to give, receive and apply feedback with grace \xe2\x80\x93 egos are not welcome at TDG
  • Strong communications skills, and the ability to proofread your own work for accuracy
  • Knowledge of Google Ads/Google Analytics/Meta Ads/LinkedIn Ads is an asset
