Job Description

We're seeking a proactive and personable Account Associate to represent Rogers in face?to?face customer engagements. This Account Associate role blends in?person sales and customer service, with the goal of introducing customers to Rogers products and services and providing them with knowledgeable, customized enrollment support. Account Associate Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for in?person customer interactions--providing insights, answering questions, and guiding them through Rogers offerings Wireless, TV, Internet, Home Phone, etc Use a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable Rogers products and services Effectively enroll or upgrade customers, ensuring accuracy in processing, billing inquiries, and account-related tasks Work collaboratively with internal teams, sales, technical support, compliance, to ensure smooth service delivery and prompt resolution of issues Stay highly informed on Rogers' latest promotions, bundles, and product updates to educate customers and drive upsell opportunities Build trusting, long-term relationships with customers through outstanding, personable service Operate safely and professionally in various settings, including door?to?door outreach, special events, and community promotions--in all weather conditions

Account Associate Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred Experience in sales, customer service, or account management Exceptional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills--able to build rapport quickly and foster customer trust Self-motivated, results-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills Reliable vehicle for travel Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload effectively, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced field environment Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM systems is a plus--but we also provide training on Rogers-specific tools Success in this role may depend on passing a criminal background check (and in some roles, a driver's abstract or credit ch
