Duties

Assist in managing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention. Support the negotiation process with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and drive B2B sales initiatives. Conduct market analysis to inform marketing strategies and account development plans. Utilize Salesforce for tracking account activities, managing leads, and reporting on sales performance. Communicate effectively with clients to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide updates on services. Participate in leadership meetings to contribute insights on account management strategies and client feedback.

Qualifications

Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to influence outcomes positively. Experience in business development and B2B sales is highly desirable. Familiarity with marketing principles and practices that drive account growth. Excellent analysis skills for interpreting data and making informed decisions. Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM software for effective account management. Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage effectively with clients and colleagues.
