Key Responsibilities
Provide first-class customer support
to international clients via multiple channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
Actively listen to customer inquiries
, diagnose issues, and provide comprehensive solutions and information regarding our services.
Guide clients through onboarding processes
, service queries, and general account assistance.
Efficiently resolve customer complaints
and escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g., Account Management, Technical Support, Recruitment) when necessary, ensuring timely follow-up.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the CRM/helpdesk system.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and contribute to knowledge base articles.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and positive client journey.
Strive to achieve high customer satisfaction ratings and contribute to positive client retention.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
1-3 years of proven experience in a customer service, client support, or technical support role, preferably serving international B2B clients in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
, with a clear, patient, and professional demeanor.
Strong active listening skills and the ability to empathize with customer needs.
Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce Service Cloud) and other communication tools.
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a capacity to learn new systems and processes quickly.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
