Job Description

Frontier Lodging Solutions in Calgary aims to provide simple, efficient, and cost-effective workforce and corporate lodging. Located on 17th Avenue, our in-person work environment promotes collaboration and teamwork. With a diverse and talented culture that encourages skill development and professional advancement. Frontiers office hours are Monday - Friday from 7am - 10pm. Weekends and Holidays from 9am - 9pm. We value employee's work-life balance by providing schedules at least 6 weeks in advance.

Overview:



As an Accommodations Coordinator, you will be responsible for enabling all aspects of accommodation reservations for our clients by sourcing and comparing options to provide solutions that closely meet client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:



Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and suppliers in the coordination of accommodation reservations.

Manage hotel inventory, project details, traveler preferences, property amenities, and client requirements, and recommend cost-effective alternatives and solutions.

Act as an intermediary between the property and the client, advise clients on hotel regulations, coordinate reservation payments, and manage travel interruptions and issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications

:

A strong customer service background, experience in accommodation coordination, and/or call center environment.

Excellent judgment, organization, relationship building, and attention to detail skills.

Comfort working in Microsoft Office suite, adaptability in fast-paced environments, and calm management of conflicting priorities to ensure customer satisfaction.

Experience in hotels or GDS systems is an asset.
