to join our growing team in the West! S


We are seeking a strong technical expert to support our adjusting teams and help lead our Accident Benefits department through the Alberta Reform changes. This role is critical in our ability to achieve success throughout this transition and the candidate will have the opportunity to be part of the National working group supporting this significant change.



What you'll do here:



Maintain effective communication channels with claims departments providing a strong collaborative relationship Provide technical insights and advocacy ideas on regulation changes & proposed models. Provide accurate and timely responses in a fast-paced project environment supporting Accident Benefits while working with multiple business units. Process mapping of current and future state and implementing required workflow changes. Support the business and training team in creating the learning and development content Conduct complex file reviews, recommend next steps and reserving recommendations Provide technical coaching to team members based on current department trends Support the claims management to achieve business goals and objectives

What you bring to the table:



Minimum 3 years experience in accident benefits experience with a comprehensive knowledge of out of province accident benefits claims handling Currently developing to become a leader and further refining current leadership skills. Effective verbal communication skills, with experience in interviewing, coaching others, and dealing with clients Affective written communications skills supporting with legal responses Knowledge with project work and collaboration Affective change management skill set understanding business and team needs Strong innovation skills to make recommendations and out of the box solutions that will bring success to the department.
