As we continue to expand, we're looking for a motivated individual who can combine sales expertise with hands-on technical skills to support our customers from consultation to installation and ongoing service.

The Role



As an Accessibility Sales & Service Specialist, you will serve as the customer's trusted partner throughout the entire process. This position blends consultative sales, installation, and repair. You'll meet with customers, recommend solutions, handle the installation of products, and provide maintenance or repair services as needed.

Responsibilities



Generate leads and build relationships with homeowners, caregivers, healthcare providers, and senior living facilities.

Conduct in-home or on-site assessments to recommend the right accessibility solutions.

Present and sell products (ramps, vertical platform lifts, stair lifts) with a focus on safety, affordability, and usability.

Perform professional installation of equipment, ensuring safety and compliance with standards.

Diagnose and complete repairs or routine maintenance on installed products.

Deliver an outstanding customer experience from first contact through long-term service.

Meet or exceed monthly sales and service performance goals.

What We're Looking For

Experience in sales, installation, or technical service roles (background in accessibility, mobility equipment, or home construction is a plus).

Strong mechanical/technical aptitude with the ability to learn product installation and repair.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Customer-first mindset with the ability to balance sales and service responsibilities.

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally for customer visits, installations, and service calls.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
