About Us:
Gladiators Soccer Academy develops young talent through comprehensive soccer programs. We foster skill, teamwork, and a love for the game in a supportive environment, offering programs for various age groups (2009-2016 Teams).
Key Responsibilities:
Manage CRM leads, guiding players through tryouts and registration.
Achieve registration targets; follow up on no-shows and trial players.
Handle scheduling, league communication, game sheets, payments, and parent communication.
What We're Looking For:
Sport Management degree is highly preferred.
Strong organizational, customer service, and sales skills.
Excellent communication (written & verbal).
Proactive, takes initiative, and reliable.
Experience with a soccer academy/league or CRM software is a plus.
Schedule & Compensation:
Approx.
20-30 hours/week
, including 3 evening practices.
Flexible hours for CRM and admin tasks.
