Duties

Prepare and deliver lesson plans tailored to diverse student needs and learning styles Facilitate classroom activities that promote active participation and critical thinking Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and observations, providing constructive feedback Maintain a positive, inclusive, and motivating classroom atmosphere Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials and improve instructional strategies Monitor attendance and engagement, addressing any behavioral or academic issues promptly Stay current with industry best practices and incorporate innovative teaching methods Support students outside of class hours through mentoring or additional assistance as needed

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect effectively with students of varying backgrounds Strong organizational skills to manage lesson planning, grading, and classroom management Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities Passion for education and continuous professional development Prior experience in teaching or training is preferred but not required; relevant certifications are a plus Ability to create an engaging learning environment that encourages curiosity and participation
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week
