Position Title: Aboriginal Infant Development Manager

Working as part of the Aboriginal Infant Development (AIDP) Team, and reporting directly to the Director of Early Childhood Supports, the AIDP Manager provides strategic and operational leadership to the AIDP team with a focus on children and families, utilizing a family-centred approach in a home visiting program. This position provides supervision, leadership and support to staff within the AIDP team, and will ensure that the work of the team is well integrated and managed to the benefit of the clients/community served.
