Behaviour Therapist (ABA/IBI - In-Home Services)

is seeking an experienced and compassionate

Behaviour Therapist

to join our growing team. This position involves delivering individualized ABA/IBI therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and developmental disabilities

in their homes

, supporting meaningful progress in a natural and familiar setting.

Responsibilities:

Implement

ABA/IBI therapy

in the

client's home

and other natural settings (e.g., daycare, school, community) in both 1:1 and small group formats. Follow individualized treatment plans created by the Clinical Director and supervisory team. Collect accurate session data and write clear daily communication notes. Assist in preparing therapy materials, under the guidance of the Senior Therapist or Clinical Supervisor. Foster strong, respectful communication with the child's family and the interdisciplinary team. Adhere to all Spectrum Hills policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Educational or clinical background in

Applied Behaviour Analysis

or a related field.

Minimum 1 year experience

implementing ABA strategies with children with ASD or other developmental needs. Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently in home-based environments. Open to supervision, feedback, and collaboration. Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation is an asset. Available during the day, with optional evenings and weekends. Current

Speaking a Slavic language

(e.g., Polish, Ukrainian, Russian, etc.) is considered an asset.
