Aba Therapist
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide behavioral therapy services to children with Autism
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement behavior intervention strategies and techniques
- Monitor progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate treatment effectiveness
- Provide parent training and support
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, special education, or related field
- Experience working with children with developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of behavioral principles and techniques
- Familiarity with medical terminology and case management processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
Please note:
This position is based in theclient's home
, and you will be required to travel to the client's residence to provide therapy services.Initial training will be conducted at our Kanata location.

Pay: $18.00-$30.00 per hour
Schedule:
Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
