Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated ABA Therapist to join our team. The ABA Therapist will work closely with children diagnosed with autism and other developmental disorders, implementing individualized treatment plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care and the ability to work collaboratively with families, educators, and other healthcare professionals to enhance the quality of life for our clients.

Responsibilities

Implement individualized ABA therapy programs under RBA supervision , tailored to each child's needs. Collect and analyze data on client progress. Collaborate with families and caregivers to provide support and education on behavioral strategies. Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, including data collection and progress notes. Participate in team meetings to discuss client progress and share insights. Stay informed about developments in the field of ABA therapy and related research.

Skills

Strong understanding of case management principles and practices. Experience working with children, particularly those with autism or developmental disorders. Proficient in data collection methods and analysis for tracking client progress. Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to pediatrics and special education. Excellent patient care skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding towards clients and their families. Knowledge of special education practices . Ability to conduct research related to ABA practices and apply findings to improve therapeutic outcomes.

Pay: $21.00-$28.00 per hour
