Join our team at ABA in the GTA Autism Behaviour Therapy and make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with autism. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced ABA Instructor Therapist to provide

in-home therapy

.

Schedule:

2 Mornings per week from 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM. Additional summer hours may be available. Looking for a reliable individual who is able to stay on the team long-term.

Responsibilities:

Deliver Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) therapy in client homes. Implement a variety of ABA techniques, including prompting, prompt fading, error correction, and task analysis. Accurately collect and maintain data on target skills and behaviours. Build strong, positive relationships with clients and their families. Create an engaging and supportive learning environment.

Qualifications:

Diploma or degree in Behavioural Science Technology, Autism and Behavioural Science, or a related field. CPI or equivalent crisis prevention and de-escalation training. Valid Vulnerable Sector Screening (VSS) or criminal record check. CPR and First Aid certification. Valid driver's license, access to a reliable vehicle, and willingness to travel to client homes.

Friendly, professional, and committed to helping clients thrive. Experienced in ABA therapy, particularly in preventing and managing challenging behaviours. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
