Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Therapist to join our team. Learning Pathways Developmental Services aims to provide high-quality therapeutic approaches in-home, and community-based services to children and youth with autism, ADHD, learning disabilities and developmental disabilities. We are currently looking to hire an instructor therapist to join our team to deliver evidence-based Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA)

Responsibilities

Implement ABA programs related to the needs and goals of the client under BCBA supervision Support client goals through implementing strategies and monitoring progress. Data Collection and communication with BCBA. Assisting with client assessments (e.g., VBMAPP, AFLS, ABLLS-R) Maintain a good rapport with the interdisciplinary team, including the family. Create and maintain a healthy and positive environment for the client to promote progress. Create optimal opportunities for learning by including the family into the therapy sessions. Candidates must adhere to the policies and procedures of the company

Qualifications:

Autism and Behaviour Science Certificate Educational and or Clinical background in applied behavioural analysis Experience implementing ABA teaching strategies with children ASD and learning disabilities. Excellent communication and analytical skills along with strong organizational abilities. Enthusiastic with the ability to connect with children and work successfully within the team. Independent, self motivated, yet willing to accept guidance and feedback from Supervisors. Valid Drivers License and access to vehicle during working hours. Available to work during the day, evenings, and optional weekends. Vulnerable Sectors Check

Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour
