The
Curriculum Lead
plays a key role in implementing, and enhancing A2I's educational programs while supporting development efforts, including grant writing, and cultivating relationships with corporate and community partners.
Position Overview
The
A2I Curriculum Lead
will:
Manage, and oversee all A2I educational content, including
tech sales, Splunk, AI, data, coding, and financial literacy programs
.
Supervise program instructors and teaching assistants.
Ensure curriculum aligns with career readiness, workforce requirements, and best practices.
Collaborate with the Founder and Development team to provide content and metrics for
grant proposals
and reporting.
Build and maintain relationships with
corporate partners, community organizations, and schools
to support program growth and internship placement opportunities.
Continuously improve program materials and outcomes using participant feedback and industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:
Curriculum & Program Oversight
Implement, and update curriculum for all A2I programs.
Ensure lessons are culturally relevant, engaging, and aligned with workforce expectations.
Collaborate with instructors to maintain consistent teaching quality and best practices.
Track student progress and outcomes to inform curriculum improvements.
Team Supervision
Oversee instructors and teaching assistants across multiple tracks
Provide mentorship, coaching, and performance feedback to program staff.
Grant Writing & Development Support
Collaborate with the Development team to provide curriculum insights, learning outcomes, and program impact data for grant applications.
Draft or review sections of grant proposals related to program design and educational outcomes.
Assist in preparing reports for funders and donors to demonstrate program effectiveness.
Partner Engagement
Meet with corporate partners, internship sponsors, and community organizations to strengthen program offerings.
Cultivate relationships to secure internships, sponsorships, and resources for students.
Represent A2I at networking events, orientations, and community meetings.
Program Evaluation & Improvement
Collect and analyze program data to improve content, teaching strategies, and student outcomes.
Keep curriculum up-to-date with current industry trends and career pathways.
Integrate financial literacy, wellness, and career readiness into all educational tracks.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or program management.
Experience supervising instructors or program staff.
Grant writing experience or familiarity with grant reporting.
Experience engaging and managing external partners (corporate, community, educational).
Strong knowledge of tech, data, AI, and financial literacy concepts (or willingness to learn quickly).
Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
Passion for youth development and equity-driven programming.
