Are you interested in working with the World's leading AI-powered Quality Engineering Company? Qualitest is looking for a Business Analyst in Canada to join our growing team. This is a remote position. You will be the vital link between information technology and business objectives by supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analytical, building, testing and deployment tasks of their software product's features for person centric banking. Main duties

• Help design, document and maintain system processes
• Defining Technical specifications for Banking and/or Credit Union documentation
• Converting documentation for the web platform to the mobile platform.
• Perform quality assurance.
• Define reporting and alerting requirements.
• Own and develop relationship with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance our integration.
• Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to product team.
• Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitor, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer
• Communicate key insights and findings to product team.

Requirements

• Around 5 years Previous Experience in Business / Systems Analysis or Quality Assurance. -
• Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing.
• Basic knowledge in generating process documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills.
• Ability for them to work in Figma to layout basic screens for documentation purposes (Nice to have)
• Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools (Nice to have)
