Role:

Our Client is currently seeking One experienced #800166 Records Management Specialist (Contract) starting on or around Jan 2023 in Fort McMurray. This is a 3-month term with possibility of extension at client\'s discretion. The ideal candidate will have 5 years\' Records Management experience performing records/file management (i.e., inventory, disposition, retention, disposal, storage, etc.). Previous experience with MS Office Suite and be familiar with printer, scanner and copy machines would be an asset. Strong communication and organization skills are required. All candidates must be legally entitled to work in Canada.

Mandatory (Must have):

• 3-5 years of experience with records management.
• Have exceptional organization skills and an ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
• Ability to follow procedures and policies.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Experience with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), and be familiar with printer, scanner and copy machines.
• High School Diploma is a must
• Ability to lift and handle boxes for file preparation.

Desirable (Nice to have):

• Records & Archive management education will be an asset.
