Role:

Our Client is currently seeking an experienced #101164 Records Management Specialist (Contract) in Calgary, AB starting on or around November 2022. This is a 2-month term with possibility of extension at client's discretion. The ideal candidate will have 3 years' Records Management experience performing file maintenance, (i.e., creating file folders, labelling/bar-coding), 2 years working with Microsoft Office Suite. Previous experience with Microsoft SharePoint would be an asset. Strong communication and organization skills are required. All candidates must be legally entitled to work in Canada.

Mandatory (Must have):

• 2 years' experience in records management.
• 2 years' experience in creating inventories and boxing records.
• 2 years' experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of Generally Accepted Record keeping Practices (GARP).
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Desirable (Nice to have):

• 2 years' experience with records processes and systems.
• 2 years' experience with records information management software.
• 2 years' experience with Microsoft SharePoint.
• Education - Diploma or degree in Records Management education would be an asset
