Job Description
The Convalescent Home of Winnipeg is currently hiring a .6 LPN for a Permanent position with option to pick up shifts at times.. Ideal candidate will possess the following:
Must be currently registered with CLPNM Knowledge and experience in the Geriatric Field Preferred MDS Experience preferred Knowledge of accessing "Elsiever Online Nursing" procedures preferred
*Ability to communicate and promote interaction with all personnel and residents/families under his/her care, helping them to gain more knowledge and understanding of the aging process.
Strong Communication Skills Required:
The ideal candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to ensure accurate documentation and effective patient care.
*Ability to foster good relationships with Staff/coworkers, Residents and their families, providing an open climate conducive to freedom of discussion and the team approach.

Pay: $33.23-$44.85 per hour
