A key expert in defining and presenting Luxoft Design and Engineering Solutions based on 5G and Mobile Communications technology as part of the TMT Solutions Team.
This is a technical pre-sales role responsible for bridging between SAM and Delivery and driving growth and profitability in our 5G/Mobile Communications and Networking and Cloud Domains. They will also have involvement in Industrial Automation and Media Solutions where appropriate.
The selected candidate will have a strong pre-sales support background with deep technical knowledge of Mobile and Enterprise Networking and their business applications in the NSP, NEP, hyperscale, cloud and high-technology industries.
Responsibilities
Responsible for assisting the TMT Offering Leads for 5G Mobile Communications and for Network and Cloud Solutions in growing the business.
Effectively this will be the CTO role for the Solutions Team for EMEA ( and back-up to North America) for 5G and Networking and Cloud Solutions. Will provide direct support to offerings leads and to Luxoft and DXC sales teams in opportunity pursuits directly. Will be responsible for assisting with the development and refinement of solution collaterals. Assists with account planning and strategy as required. Attendance to customer meetings, workshops and trade shows required up to 25% of the time.
Responsibilities:
1. Work with the offering lead and the pre-sales team on defining sales collateral including Sales Presentations, Customer Proposals, Battle Cards, Sales Enablement Material, Customer whitepapers and Presentations.
2. Works with the Chapter Leads on refining and setting the skill sets required to build the chapter capabilities in support of the specific offering domain.
3. Works closely with the Software Defined Lab product team in assisting the definition of the roadmap and using this solution accelerator to increase solution profitability and effectiveness as measured by revenue and margin growth.

1. measured on business growth ( revenue and margin) for the 5G/Mobile Communications Domain.
2. Measured on feedback from Sales and Pre-Sales teams on win-rate and successful pursuits.
3. Measured on quality and feedback related to program collateral effectiveness based on feedback from Customers, SAM, and Pre-Sales.

Must have
Strong pre-sales and presentation skills
Strong Technical and Business Knowledge of Telecommunications and Network Tech and Industry Trends
Knowledge of 3GPP Standards and specifically 5G, and xRAN Architectures
Knowledge of R&D and Product Management Practices in the Telecommunications, Enterprise Networking and Industrial Networking Industry Segments.
Knowledge of Agile Development
Knowledge of Cloud Technology trends and impacts
