Position Overview:

We are looking for a reliable

5-Ton Truck Driver

to join our Burnaby team. In this role, you'll be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods, working independently on the road while supported by our dispatch team and a strong network of local drivers.

Current available shifts are Monday - Saturday (daytime). no long hauls or overnighters.

Responsibilities:

Operate commercial vehicles in a safe and efficient manner. Transport goods and materials to designated locations across Greater Vancouver. Adhere to all relevant safety regulations and company policies. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the proper functioning of vehicles and equipment. Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members to coordinate delivery schedules. Provide exceptional customer service and represent the company in a professional manner at all times.

Qualifications:

Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong knowledge of Greater Vancouver and the surrounding areas. Good command of English both written and oral. Ability to work independently while also being a team player. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Commitment to safety and adherence to all relevant regulations. Experience with power walkies an asset but not required, as we will train the right person.
