We are seeking entry-level sales team members who are passionate about closing high-end sales and delivering exceptional service to our clients. Please note that fluent English proficiency is a requirement for these positions. Candidates should be able to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, with a strong grasp of grammar and vocabulary.
In this role, you will be responsible for maximizing sales while maintaining positive ongoing relationships with our customers. You should be a self-motivated continual learner with a keen interest in relevant online courses, books, blogs, podcasts, and more. This is primarily an inbound role, but there may be some proactive outreach to customers from time to time. Additionally, please note that as part of our selection process, candidates may be required to complete skills tests relevant to the position.

Job Duties
  • Respond quickly, courteously and professionally to all inquiries and leads of any nature to determine if 45Drives is able to provide a product or service that will help the prospective customer.
  • Engage prospects and customers to book an appointment with the designated Account Manager
  • Ensure orders are entered correctly and expeditiously to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Continuously explore opportunities to do more for your customers laterally across their organizations.
  • Maintain and update customer and sales data.
  • Perform all administrative tasks thoroughly and expeditiously to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications
  • Post-Secondary education in a relevant field or relative experience
  • Two or more years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a sales role, especially in computer or electronics field
  • Knowledge of Linux, FreeNAS, and RAID applications would be considered a major asset
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • People-driven personality
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to learn new things and adopt new technology
  • Ability to think on your feet and take initiative
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent time-management skills
  • Enjoy working in a team environment
  • Ability to travel (including cross-boarder) 1-2 times a year
  • Criminal record check and security clearance

*Some flexibility in work hours is required as your primary work hours will match business hours in the geographical territory to which you are assigned (ranging from 10am-6pm for territories in Eastern Time zone, and 12pm to 8pm for territories in Pacific Time zone).*
About the Benefits:
Besides a salary and performance-based bonus structure that starts ranging between $45,000 and $60,000 to start (with the potential to earn more!) you will also enjoy the following benefits
