Hybrid role (you must be able to work in the office 3 days per week)In this role, you will be responsible for:Providing ongoing support to clients
Building rapport with clients
Supporting assigned clients with changes, new products/service and new program
Generating reports and addressing concerns
Troubleshooting issues with clients
Presenting new initiatives and supporting sales team
Any other duties as requiredThe ideal candidate will/must have:Fluently bilingual in both French and English, written and verbal
1-3 years of account management experience
College and/or University Degree
Strong customer services skills
Superior working knowledge of MS Office
Ability to multi-tasks
