Job Overview:
We're looking for a
Bilingual Account Manager
(English & French) with a passion for sales, customer engagement, and digital innovation. This is a key role within our sales team where you'll build relationships with clients, manage accounts, and collaborate with our web and marketing teams to drive growth across multiple product lines and channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement & Sales:
Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts, becoming their trusted point of contact.
Proactively reach out to warm leads and existing clients to drive sales and identify new opportunities.
Conduct regular business reviews and recommend tailored solutions based on client needs.
Maximize revenue through strategic upselling and cross-selling.
Provide excellent customer service, resolve concerns, and follow through on issues promptly.
E-Commerce & Digital Collaboration:
Work with product specialists and the web team to enhance online product listings and customer experience.
Stay informed on product updates, market trends, and new digital sales tactics.
Help ensure product accuracy, clear navigation, and an optimized online shopping experience.
Marketing Support:
Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and social media content that aligns with client interests.
Offer insights from customer interactions to help guide promotional efforts and brand positioning.
Qualifications:
Bilingual in French and English (written and spoken).
3+ years of experience in B2B account management, sales, or customer success.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools.
A collaborative, detail-oriented mindset with an ability to juggle multiple responsibilities.
Knowledge of e-commerce or digital marketing is an asset.
College diploma or university degree preferred.
Compensation & Perks:
Base salary starting from $60,000/year + commission pay.
