Our client located in North York is hiring an Executive Assistant to add to their team.

In this role, you will be responsible for:
Supporting the President and senior leadership team
Managing the day-to-day office of the President
Organizing the calendar, meetings and travel arrangements
Managing projects as assigned
Any other duties as required
The ideal candidate will/must have:
Excellent communications skills
5+ years of executive administrative support experience
Bachelor's Degree and/ or College Diploma in Administration
Strong proficiency in MS Office
Superior management skills
