Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Journeyperson Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in plumbing and construction, demonstrating proficiency in both residential and commercial plumbing systems. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical systems, the ability to read blueprints and schematics, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship on every project.

Duties

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings. Interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment safely and effectively. Perform pipe threading, assembly, and heavy lifting as required for various projects. Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of plumbing systems to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with other construction professionals on-site to complete projects efficiently. Provide field service support for plumbing emergencies or repairs as needed. Adhere to safety regulations and best practices while working on construction sites.

Experience

Candidates should have a minimum of several years of experience in plumbing or related fields. Preferred qualifications include:

Strong background in construction plumbing with hands-on experience. Experience with Geo Thermal systems and installations Familiarity with HVAC systems is advantageous. Proficient in basic math skills for measurements and calculations. Experience with carpentry, remodeling, and maintenance person tasks is a plus. Prior experience working on construction sites is essential. Commercial driving experience may be beneficial for transporting tools and materials.
