We currently have an opportunity for a 3rd Class Power Engineer at our Lethbridge, AB location. The hourly wage for this position is $42.36 per hour.Responsibilities:Operation of boilers and ammonia systemsMaintenance of boilers and auxiliary equipmentMonitor and coordinate corrective actions for equipment and systemsMaintain accurate records of boiler house activitiesRespond to fire alarmsRespond to first aid emergenciesQualifications:Grade 12 or equivalentValid 3rd Class Power Engineer CertificateValid First Aid certificate or willing to obtainExperience in operating large steam boilers and large ammonia refrigeration systemsAbility to work independently and take appropriate action where circumstances warrantMechanical aptitude/skillsExcellent written, documentation, computer and verbal communication skillsWilling to work shifts and overtimeRichardson International provides an excellent compensation package consisting of competitive salary, pension, a flexible benefits plan and training and career development opportunities.Interested candidates should click the Apply icon to apply online by December 19, 2024.Richardson International values diversity in the workplace.
