Who You Are:

You have

5+ years of hands-on carpentry experience

You're highly skilled in framing, finishing, reading plans, and solving problems on-site You have a

strong work ethic

and show up with a

positive attitude

You're comfortable

leading a crew

, communicating with clients and trades, and making decisions You're organized, punctual, and take pride in clean, precise work You think ahead, not just about what's next, but what could go wrong and how to fix it before it does
Bonus Points:

Red Seal carpenter Owns tools Experience with custom home building or luxury construction A passion for mentoring apprentices and helping others grow
