We are currently looking for a

3PL Warehouse Project Manager

to join Radiant and be part of our dynamic team.

Location: 1280 Courtneypark Drive East, Mississauga, ONT, L5T 1N6



Travel within GTA (60%) to: Mississauga, Brampton, Bolton.



Must have a car and a valid driver's license.



What You'll Do:



Work with Distribution Managers to resolve escalated operational issues. Act as the Logistics Solutions expert for sales opportunities, with a focus on Warehouse based solutions. Act as the project leader for new and ongoing project by facilitating discussions with senior level customer contacts, and, internally, with Sales and Senior Management with a focus on developing and delivering innovative services, business solutions, operational designs and value delivery. Activities during this process include: Act in a lead Project Management role with other cross-function leaders to align processes in facilitating customer on-boarding. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver effective business solutions. Identify opportunities to maximize profit, minimize costs, improve service, recommend value-added business solutions and determine areas for improvement and growth. Evaluate current activity for profitability, efficiency, effectiveness and process design. Make alternate recommendations. Together with Sales, gather business requirements, respond to objections, resolve issues and build relationships in order to progress the opportunity. For any material change to customer SLA's, work with Operations to implement the change. For customers who are exiting the facilities, determine the exit plan and work internally to execute that plan. Source, negotiate and manage relationships with outside storage vendors including 3rdparty warehouses. Create and communicate achievable benchmarks for efficiency, accuracy and productivity. Measure these benchmarks against established objectives and internal KPI's. Ensure standard inventory practices across all warehouse locations Determine, set, and report customer cycle count numbers and expectations Develop and maintain an effective cycle count program. Monitor cycle count performance for all facilities Monitor and follow up on Inventory error log to ensure necessary resolutions occur Conduct in-depth analysis and resolve escalated inventory issues. Generate and submit monthly inventory reports to customers Attend monthly budget meetings and provide updates on cycle counts, trends, resolutions, and actions being taken to correct errors across all warehouses. Participate in customer QBR (Quarterly Business Review) meetings, addressing inventory-related topics and concerns. Plan and coordinate annual and on-demand physical inventories, serving as the primary point of contact. Develop, implement, and continuously improve inventory processes and procedures.

Leadership Accountabilities:



Accomplish results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; developing, coordinating and ensuring compliance to systems, policies, procedures and productivity standards. Define and set inventory control performance goals. Monitor achievement to those goals.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:



Education and Industry Knowledge



College Diploma / University Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Transportation or related discipline is an asset. Minimum 5 years' experience in Warehousing / Distribution with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a leadership role. Knowledge of warehousing methodology, RF Scanners and inventory management practices. Knowledge of regulatory regulations is an asset i.e. GMP, AIB. Prior project management experience leading cross functional teams is an asset.

Occasional travel to BC and Alberta as required.
