As a Fleet Service Planner, you will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating service and maintenance activities, optimizing equipment uptime, and managing resources effectively. This role requires strong organizational skills, technical knowledge, and a commitment to safety.What you're responsible for:
  • Ensuring resources are in place to perform the planned work (Parts, Labour, shop space etc.)
  • Developing and communicating the Weekly Maintenance plan and creating work orders as required
  • Ensuring open work orders meet required standard, and status is kept up to date; Manages Work order backlog
  • Maintaining maintenance records with current Service and PM status
  • Preparing job plans for planned work
  • Coordinate with service technicians and mechanics to ensure timely servicing and repairs.
  • Prioritize equipment service based on usage, condition, and criticality.
  • Organizing resources in advance to ensure efficient execution of planned work
  • Completing adhoc reports and projects as requested
QualificationsTo join our team:
  • 310T certification
  • 2 years experience relating to fleet maintenance preferred
  • Thorough knowledge of maintenance practices and procedures
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Detailed working knowledge of planning and scheduling tools (MS Office Package, etc)
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
