WHO WE ARE:

Oxford Mobile Fleet Service was started in Norwich, ON, in May of 2007, with the goal of servicing large fleets of trucks and trailers on site. In 2010, the company moved to its current location, in between Ingersoll and Tillsonburg, where our shop was built to better serve our customers and provide a more efficient work space for our employees. In Nov 2016, plans were made to double the size of the shop to be able to handle the current needs of our customers. We now have a 6,000 sq ft trailer shop and 10,000sq ft truck shop plus office space and parts storage, and large parking area. In 2018 we opened another shop location in Woodstock. OMFS is a family owned business. We currently have 3 fully equipped mobile trucks and offer local shunting to and from our shop.

WHAT'S THE ROLE:

We are hiring for 3 different roles at this time;

310T/310J Licensed Technician: 243655 Airport road Tilsonburg, Full time Day shift

Monday to Friday 7:30am to 5:00pm Optional Overtime

310T Licensed Technician: 565337 Towerline road Woodstock, Full time Day shift

Monday to Friday 7:30am to 5:00pm Optional Overtime
The successful applicants must be able to diagnose and preform repairs to electrical, air, engine, and fuel systems, document work completed on work order system and keep track of time spent on each job. Majority of work will be in shop but will include the occasional service call.

310T Licensed Technician: Full time Evening shift (Shift premium applicable)

Monday to Thursday 10-12 hour shifts 6:00pm to 6:00am (can be subject to change) EST 40-48 hours per week
This position would consist of road service and in-shop work. The successful applicant bust be able to work independently, have a high level of organization and clear communication

Qualifications:

Licensed 310T/310J/310S Mechanic Valid driver's license Hard-working, energetic and able to work well with others Must be self-motivated and able to work independently as needed Willing to do service calls as necessary

Preferred but not required:

AZ license Engine and A/C experience Basic Computer skills
