Overview

We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical work, including experience with industrial systems, construction projects, and renovation tasks. This role requires proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics, as well as hands-on experience with various tools and equipment. The Electrician will be responsible for ensuring that electrical systems are installed, maintained, and repaired according to safety standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, or industrial settings. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of electrical systems. Utilize hand tools and power tools to perform electrical installations and repairs. Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement effective solutions. Work with low voltage systems and programmable logic controllers (PLCs). Collaborate with construction teams to ensure electrical work aligns with overall project plans. Conduct renovations involving electrical upgrades or modifications. Ensure compliance with local electrical codes and safety regulations.

Requirements

Proven experience as an Electrician or in a similar role within the construction or industrial sector. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including low voltage applications. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documents effectively. Proficiency with hand tools and power tools commonly used in electrical work. Experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) is a plus. Maintenance Person experience is beneficial for performing diverse tasks related to electrical installations. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients. Pay: $26.83-$48.01 per hour
