Responsibilities

Demonstrate a strong commitment to electrical safety on every project Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications Install, maintain, and repair wiring, lighting systems, and control panels Install and service standby generators (8kW to 150kW) and EV charging systems Troubleshoot electrical issues using testing devices and diagnostic tools Inspect components such as breakers, panels, and transformers Repair or replace wiring, fixtures, and electrical devices as needed Ensure all work complies with the Ontario Electrical Safety Code (OESC) and local regulations Lead or assist apprentices on-site and ensure high-quality workmanship Maintain a clean and organized job site Communicate effectively with clients, supervisors, and team members

Qualifications

Valid Ontario 309A Construction & Maintenance Electrician License Class G Driver's License with reliable transportation Clean criminal record (background screening required) Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
