Hybrid, Toronto, Ontario

Contract

Technical Skills

6-8 years minimum Siebel technical hands-on solutions a must! Architecture/configuration/design/development experience, of which 3 years must be on Siebel 8. x.

Focus on configuring/developing Assignment Manager, Business Rules, Workflow, Applets, Views, Screens, Code/Scripts, and related Siebel Business Layer objects.

Strong Siebel Tools skills

Case Management experience

Siebel 8.x certification

Experience with the following Siebel modules

Public Sector CRM

Contracts

Lead Management

Partner, Public Sector Partner Portal

Campaign Management

Marketing Resource Manager

Public Sector eService

Develop, produce, and provide input into test strategy and test case development

Superior verbal and written communication skills Ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions

Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams

Demonstrated ability to work with functional and technical teams

Demonstrated ability to participate in large teams and work closely with other individual team members

Proven analytical skills and systematic problem-solving

Strong ability to work under pressure, work with aggressive timelines, and be adaptive to change

Displays problem-solving and analytical skills, using them to resolve technical problems

Communication Skills

Ability to build good working relationships.
