Job Description
Northern Gateway Public Schools invites applications for 2 Full-time (1.0 FTE) Education Assistants and 1 Full-time (1.0 FTE) Early Childhood Education Assistant at Whitecourt Central School.
Successful candidate responsibilities:
working with students one-on-one & in groups in a classroom
Preference will be given to candidates who:
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with children, parents and staff Work collaboratively and co-operatively with teachers and other educational assistants in the classroom/school Understand and carry out oral and written direction Work independently with minimal instruction Demonstrate effective organizational and communication skills Respect confidentiality Practice professionalism with all WCS students, staff, administration, parents and public Are aware of NGPS policies and administrative procedures Have an understanding of the teaching/learning process Have strong interpersonal skills and patience Enjoys working in a team environmentStart Date:

30 hours per weekWage Rate:
